POLICY

Minimum Order:
We require a minimum of 6 dozens glasses or $200 to ship. A $15 handling fee will be charged for any order less than the minimum.

Price:
Sunglasses and accessories are priced and sold by the dozen (unless stated otherwise), and displays are priced and sold by the piece. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:FOB Houston, TX through UPS, FedEx, or requested truck lines.

Payment:
COD (Money Order/Cashier Check) or Credit Card unless credit terms are established through an extensive credit check. Return checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge.

Services:
Tagging: Tagging services can be provided upon request with a cost.
Drop Ship: We can drop ship to your customers for a small $5.00 service fee.

Returns:
Authorized returns and exchanges may be made for manufacturer’s defects within 7 days of receipt of goods. Unauthorized returns or returns made for reasons other than manufacturer’s defects or wrong merchandise shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Texas Customers:
All Texas customers must provide a copy of Texas Sales Tax Resale Certificate.
